You can add external items to your wishlist, but if you share your list, they show as "redacted". AmazonBeyond fixes that. It syncs your wishlist items (via chrome extension) so that you can share your wishlist by adding "beyond" in the URL, and now whoever you send your wishlist to will see both on and off amazon items.
